Cast iron marking platform(marking flat plate)is used as a measurement benchmark for checking the flatness,parallelism,straightness and other geometric tolerances of mechanical parts.It can also be used for marking,riveting,grinding,and measurement of general parts and components.The working face is equipped with engraved lines for easy measurement and reference during work.Convenient and practical.

Standard requirements for lined cast iron platforms:

Specification of marking platform:200×200 to 2000×4000mm(specifications can be customized for production and processing according to user drawings).

Material of marking platform(flat plate):Cast iron HT200-300,with a working surface hardness of HB170-240.After two manual treatments(manual annealing at 600-700 degrees or natural aging for 2-3 years),the accuracy of this product is stable and it can perform well.

Specification of marking platform(flat plate):200×200-3000×8000mm(specifications can be customized according to user drawings or agreed upon by both parties for production and processing.)

Accuracy of marking platform(flat plate):According to the standard metrological verification regulations,it is divided into four levels:0,1,2,and 3.

Purpose of the marking platform:Suitable for various inspection work and measurement reference planes;Used as a benchmark for mechanical inspection and measurement of machine tools;Checking the dimensional accuracy or shape deviation of parts and making tight markings is also a basic tool in mechanical manufacturing.

Surface quality inspection of the marking platform:Use the coloring method for inspection.Within a range of 25 millimeters square on each side,there shall be no less than 25 points for level 0 and level 1 flat plates,no less than 20 points for level 2,and no less than 12 points for level 3.
