The characteristics of aluminum magnesium rulers:

1.Lightweight and convenient to use:1 6-meter flat ruler allows workers to easily move.

2.Not easily deformed:The bending point of general steel materials is 30kg/mm2,while that of general cast iron parts is 38kg/mm2.The bending point of this material reaches 110kg/mm2,and its bending resistance index far exceeds that of other materials.

3.Easy to store:It can be hung or placed flat,and its straightness and parallelism will not be affected by long-term flat placement.

4.Not easy to grow:do not apply oil during use,do not use for a long time,gently apply a thin layer of general industrial oil when storing.

5.Aluminum magnesium ruler,also known as magnesium aluminum alloy ruler,lightweight magnesium aluminum alloy ruler,and large magnesium aluminum alloy ruler.

The difference between aluminum magnesium ruler and cast iron ruler:

Cast iron flat ruler is a ruler shaped gauge with a flat surface.It is used to check the flatness of flat plates,long guide rails,etc.using coloring and indicator methods,and is also commonly used to check the straightness of workpiece edges using the light gap method.

Cast iron rulers are generally made of cast iron,and rectangular rulers are also made of bearing steel or granite.

Cast iron ruler:manufactured according to JB/T7977-99 standard,made of HT250 material,with a working surface using scraping or grinding technology.It is used for inspecting unevenness and straightness in machine tool inspection.The two working surfaces are used in conjunction with block gauges,micrometers,level gauges,and other instruments for inspection.At different heights,the parallelism of the two guide rails and the level of the unconnected guide rails can also be used in conjunction with a right angle ruler.It is a measuring tool for inspecting the verticality of two machine parts that cannot be inspected with a right angle ruler,Also applicable for equipment installation and inspection.
