Deflectometer

The deflection instrument is mainly used to measure the radial runout error of shaft parts.This instrument uses two positioning shaft parts to rotate the measured part,and the measuring head directly measures the radial runout error of the part in the radial direction of the measured part.

The deflection instrument is a detection type instrument that integrates three lines of straightness,parallelism,and verticality after improving the manufacturing process of the mechanical slide.It is made of tool steel and has a long service life.There are two operating methods for the deflection inspection instrument:the first is to use a wrench to press and move back to clamp the workpiece that needs to be inspected for inspection;the second is to install a handwheel at the back of the wrench,lock the workpiece with a locking buckle,and use a dial gauge or micrometer to inspect the accuracy of the workpiece.

Operating procedures for the use of a pendulum device:

1.The deflection tester is a testing instrument,and the operator is proficient in the operation skills of the instrument,responsible for maintenance and designated personnel to use it.

2.The deflection tester should always maintain the equipment in good condition,and the installation of the equipment should be balanced.The guide rail surface should be smooth and free of scratches.The allowable deviation of the two coaxiality should be within the range of L=400mm,and both the a and b directions should be less than 0.02mm.
