Product research and development all use CAD,solidworks computer design technology.And products are manufactured in accordance with customers’requirements or machinery industry JB/T7974-1999 new standard.

The company has about 120 comployees,covering an area of nearly 40000 square meters.The area of the production workshop is about 20000 square meters.We are mainly produce HT200、HT250、HT300 high grade high strength large grey iron castings,spheroidal graphite castings,large welding parts.Our products mainly include Testing platform,iron plate,large steel structure welding parts,inspection platform,welding platform,motor test bench,circular platform,floor boring machine table,firework platform Vertical circular workbench,planer workbench,machine tool bed,stand column,beam,die plate,casting iron base and so on.We also undertake various specifications(uder 50 tons each piece)of large,medium and small grey iron high grade castings and spheroidal graphite castings and welding parts.The company uses a variety of modeling methods such as clay sand,cement bonded sand,resin-bonded sand and vacuo-forming.We can meet the different needs of various users.

Our main production equipment include 3T two-block electric furnace,two cranes each for 10T,16T and 32T,one 4*10 meters annealing kiln,one advanced vibration aging machine,pre-furnace thermometer and pre-furnace rapid test equipment.The company is also equipped with advanced physical and chemical laboratories,and complete testing equipment.It can timely and accurately feedback the physical and chemical properties of products,so as to control product quality and guide production.Machining equipment covers various size of CNC gantry milling machine,including 3*6 meters,4*10meters,4*8meters,2*6 meters,1.5*6meters,4*10meters,5*23meters.Gantry planers of various sizes are available,such as 3*8meters,2*7meters,2.6*6 meters.And face milling machine,Z80 vertical drill,Z60 vertical drill are available.
