Inspection platform

The alternate names for inspection platforms include cast iron inspection platform,cast iron inspection platform,large cast iron inspection platform,cast iron inspection platform,and fitter inspection platform.

Inspection platform process:The working surface adopts scraping and grinding technology,and can process V-shaped,T-shaped,U-shaped grooves,dovetail grooves,round holes,long holes,etc.on the working surface.

Purpose of detection platform:It is a flat reference measuring tool used for workpiece detection or marking.

Quality inspection of the testing platform:The working surface of the testing platform should not have rust,scratches,scratches,or other appearance defects that affect its use.

The quality of cast iron and heat treatment on the inspection platform has a significant impact on the performance of the flat plate,or the deformation of the working face is caused by residual large internal stress;Or due to the inability to maintain accuracy;Or due to difficulty in scraping,roughness with small values cannot be obtained.

Inspection platform materials:

Cast iron HT200-300,with a working surface hardness of HB170-240,has undergone two manual treatments(artificial annealing at 600°-700°and natural aging for 2-3 years)to ensure stable accuracy and good performance.

Purpose of Inspection Platform:

Suitable for various inspection and testing work,the reference plane used for precision measurement is used for machine tool mechanical inspection and measurement reference,inspection,and marking the dimensional accuracy or behavioral deviation of parts.It is also a basic tool in mechanical manufacturing.

The flatness of the detection platform can be divided into:

①A:Its flatness（μm)=1+1.6D2(D is the diagonal length or diameter of the platform),used for height measurement and commonly used in laboratories.

②Its flatness is twice the error of A and is commonly used in tool inspection rooms for measuring tool inspection.

③Level B:Its flatness is four times the error of A,commonly used in tool inspection rooms or on-site inspection of measuring tools or marking.
