The horizontal and vertical groove platform is mainly used to fix workpieces and is the basic work platform for fitters to debug,assemble,and repair equipment.Surface treatment:The working surface adopts scraping and grinding technology,and is inspected by coloring method to ensure the flatness accuracy.

The horizontal and vertical groove platform is suitable for various inspection work and measurement reference planes;Used as a benchmark for mechanical inspection and measurement of machine tools;Checking the dimensional accuracy or positional deviation of parts and making tight markings is also a basic tool in mechanical manufacturing.

Material of horizontal and vertical groove platform:Cast iron HT200-300,with a working surface hardness of HB170-240.After two manual treatments(manual annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years),the accuracy of this product is stable and it can perform well.

The working surface of the horizontal and vertical groove platform(horizontal and vertical groove flat plate)adopts scraping technology,and for level 3 flat plate working surfaces,planing technology can also be used.The surface roughness of the planing working surface should not exceed 5µm according to the arithmetic mean deviation Ra value of the contour.

Horizontal and vertical groove platforms(horizontal and vertical groove flat plates)are widely used in mechanical processing,tool workshops,machine(inspection)repair workshops,large equipment bases,inspection,measurement and grinding of measurement and machining,with measurement levels,inspection of workpiece flatness,straightness,and angle tolerance value detection.
