Riveter platform

The riveting platform is used for power experiments and equipment debugging of machinery and engines,with good planar stability and toughness.The surface has T-shaped grooves,which can be used to fix experimental equipment.It has the characteristics of stable structure,long service life,etc.

Material of riveting platform:Cast iron HT200-300,with a working surface hardness of HB170-240.After two manual treatments(manual annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years),the accuracy of this product is stable and it can perform well.

Riveter platform specifications:100*100-3000*6000,(Riveter platforms larger than this specification can be assembled and used or customized according to the drawings.)

Precision of riveting platform:According to the standard metrological verification regulations,it is divided into four levels:0,1,2,and 3.

Technical requirements for riveting platforms:

1.Reference plane for height measurement:Place the object to be measured and the gauge holder on the same platform for height comparison measurement,and then compare its height with the standard block gauge.

2.Datum for marking:can be used to connect the dimensions of the working drawing for marking work.

3.The reference plane for parallelism measurement:fix the gauge holder,then make the gauge pointer contact above the surface of the object to be measured,move the object to check the parallelism between the workpiece surface and the flat surface.

4.Reference plane for angle measurement:Using a riveting platform as the reference plane,combined with a sine bar and angle gauge,angle measurement can be carried out.
