Riveting and welding platforms,also known as riveting flat plates or riveting workbenches and riveting platforms,are mainly used in more than 20 industries such as machinery,machine tool manufacturing,electronics,and power.Among them,heavy industry is the most commonly used,accounting for 20%of the total production.

Rivet welding flat plates/riveting platforms can be made into ribbed plates and box types,with working surfaces in rectangular,square or circular shapes.The working surfaces of riveting welding flat plates and riveting platforms adopt scraping technology,and various shapes of workpieces such as V-shaped,T-shaped,U-shaped grooves,circular holes,and long holes can be processed on the working surfaces according to production needs.

Riveting plate/riveting platform:a reference plane suitable for various inspection work and precision measurement,used for machine tool mechanical inspection and measurement reference,checking the dimensional accuracy or behavioral deviation of parts,and making lines.Riveting plate/riveting platform is also a basic tool in mechanical manufacturing inspection.

Riveting platform,riveting flat plate is used as the basic flat plate for riveting process.There are holes and T-grooves on the working surface,and the holes are mainly used to clean some iron slag and welding waste during riveting.The T-groove on the working surface of riveting flat plate is mainly used to fix the welded parts and prevent welding deviation caused by unstable welding parts.

When using the riveting platform,attention should be paid to wiping the working surface clean after installation and debugging.It should be used only after confirming that there are no problems.During use,attention should be paid to avoiding excessive collision between the workpiece and the working surface of the riveting platform to prevent damage to the working surface of the cast iron flat plate;The weight of the workpiece should not exceed the rated load of the riveting platform,otherwise it may cause a decrease in work quality,damage the structure of the riveting platform,and even cause deformation of the cast iron flat plate,making it unusable.
