Cast iron platform,also known as cast iron flat plate,has a box shaped appearance and working surfaces such as rectangular,square,and circular.The materials are HT200-300 and QT400-600,and it adopts scraping and grinding technology.The working surface can be processed with V-shaped,T-shaped,U-shaped grooves,dovetail grooves,round holes,long holes,etc.It is a flat reference measuring tool used for workpiece and equipment inspection,marking,assembly,welding,assembly,and riveting.

The overall size of the cast iron platform is 4 meters x 8 meters.If it exceeds this size,it can be assembled into multiple pieces.After wear and tear,it can be repaired and scraped again to restore its accuracy.The flatness of the parts can be inspected using the color coating method,which has the advantages of accuracy,intuitiveness,and convenience.Pushing the watch seat and workpiece on the scraped cast iron flat plate is relatively smooth,without any rough feeling,which facilitates measurement and improves measurement accuracy.
