Pipe platform

The pipe platform(pipe flat plate),also known as the calibration platform,is a new process for pipe processing.It uses the method of marking on the flange plane based on the angle data of the flange screw hole,and uses tools such as flange gauge,horizontal ruler,angle ruler,and heavy hammer to place the pipe on the cast iron platform according to the requirements for flange positioning work and technical requirements.Working principle of pipe platform(flat plate):The pipe platform is mainly used for testing,measurement,calibration,welding and other purposes of various machinery and other products.The pipe platform is generally designed as a flat surface and can be used for marking.

The working surface of the pipe platform(pipe flat plate)shall not have defects such as sand holes,air holes,cracks,slag inclusion,shrinkage,scratches,bumps,rust spots,etc.that seriously affect the appearance and performance.

The casting surface of the pipe platform(pipe flat plate)should be sandblasted and flat,and painted firmly.

The material of the pipe platform(pipe flat plate)is cast iron HT200-300,and the working surface hardness of the pipe platform is HB170-240.After two manual treatments(artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years),the accuracy of this product is stable and it can perform well.

Specification of pipe platform(pipe flat plate):200mm x 200mm-4000mm x 10000mm(specifications can be made according to the buyer's drawings or agreed upon by both parties for production and processing)

Precision of pipe platform(pipe flat plate):According to the standard metrological verification regulations,it is divided into four levels:0,1,2,and 3.

The packaging of pipe platforms(pipe flat plates):There are two forms of packaging:iron plate packaging and wooden packaging.The surface of the pipe platform is sealed with plastic film,which is suitable for inland transportation of combined pipe platforms and has good measures such as shock resistance and rust prevention.The pipe platform is transported to the site.
