The ground rail is a strip structure with a T-shaped groove on the surface.The ground rail is flexible and convenient to use,and the splicing method is not limited by the working area.The installation position can be adjusted according to the fixed installation points of the equipment,which is conducive to the operation of the equipment.When encountering equipment with larger volume,multiple ground rails can be assembled to meet the installation and testing requirements of large equipment.Ground rails are important basic equipment in heavy industry.

The purpose of the ground rail is to design and assemble a cast beam platform based on the fixed points of the equipment,mainly used for the assembly,testing,welding,and inspection of large equipment.

The advantage of ground rail is that it does not need to be made into a large platform,which saves material costs and can occupy very small space,making it highly cost-effective.

The material of the ground rail is cast iron HT200-300,with a working surface hardness of HB170-240.After two manual treatments(artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees and natural aging for 2-3 years),the accuracy of the product is stable and it can perform well.
