Machine tool castings

Machine tool castings are benchmark measuring tools for measuring the flatness of workpieces.The working surface adopts scraping technology,which has good planar stability and toughness.They can process V-shaped,T-shaped,U-shaped grooves,circular holes,long holes and other shaped workpieces.The machine tool workbench is the fundamental platform in mechanical manufacturing.

The material of the machine tool casting is cast iron HT150-300,and the working surface hardness is HB170-350.The accuracy of the machine tool workbench:The flat working surface adopts scraping or manual scraping technology.There are four levels:Level 0 cast iron platform,Level 1,Level 2,and Level 3.

The importance of the effectiveness of machine tool castings:The flat plate should undergo two rounds of manual effectiveness(annealing treatment)or natural aging for 2-3 years,and some of the internal white structure of the platform should be used to reduce the internal stress of the casting.Thereby improving the hardness of the working surface of the cast iron platform and ensuring stable and good accuracy of the cast iron platform and flat plate.

The material of machine tool castings is cast iron HT250-300,which has a long service life.Heavy duty machine tool castings are widely used in the processing of components such as instruments,electronics,light industry,standard parts,bearings,and automotive parts.Machine tool castings are particularly suitable for non-ferrous metals.
