Machine bed

The material of the machine tool bed is cast iron HT250-300,which has a long service life.Heavy duty machine tool castings are widely used in the processing of components such as instruments,electronics,light industry,standard parts,bearings,and automotive parts.Machine tool castings are particularly suitable for non-ferrous metals.

The machine tool bed includes the machine tool bed,worktable,column,crossbeam,and gantry top connecting beam.Heavy machine tool castings have good shock absorption performance.The melting point is relatively low,the fluidity is good,and the shrinkage rate is small.

The characteristics of machine tool bed:good shock absorption.Due to the advantage of graphite in cast iron for lubrication and oil storage,it is beneficial.Similarly,due to the presence of graphite,the seismic resistance of gray cast iron is better than that of steel;Good process performance.Due to its high carbon content and close to eutectic composition,gray cast iron has a relatively low melting point,good fluidity,and low shrinkage rate,making it suitable for casting structurally complex or thin-walled castings.In addition,due to the tendency of graphite to form chips during cutting,the machinability of gray cast iron is better than that of steel.
