Large scale machine tool castings include machine tool bed,worktable,column,crossbeam,and gantry top connecting beam,while heavy-duty machine tool castings have good shock absorption performance.The melting point is relatively low,the fluidity is good,and the shrinkage rate is small.

Specification of large machine tool castings:300mm x 300mm-3000mm x 6000mm,(various specifications of machine tool workbenches can be customized according to user requirements).The material of the machine tool workbench is cast iron HT150-300,and the hardness of the working surface is HB170-350.The accuracy of the machine tool workbench:The flat working surface adopts scraping or manual scraping technology.There are four levels:Level 0 cast iron platform,Level 1,Level 2,and Level 3.The importance of the effectiveness of machine tool workbenches:The flat plate should undergo two rounds of manual effectiveness(annealing treatment)or natural aging for 2-3 years,and the internal white structure of the platform should be reduced to reduce the internal stress of the casting.Thereby improving the hardness of the working surface of the cast iron platform and ensuring stable accuracy and good performance of the cast iron platform and cast iron flat plate.
