Three layers of adjustment pads

Installation specifications for three-layer adjustment shims:

1.The distance between adjacent pad iron groups should be between 500mm and 1000mm;

2.A set of pad iron,flat pad iron,diagonal pad iron,and diagonal pad iron should be placed on both sides of the joint on the equipment base;

3.At least one set of shims should be placed next to each anchor bolt;

4.The pad iron group should be placed below the main load-bearing parts near the anchor bolts and the base,as long as it can be placed stably and does not affect the grouting;

5.The adjusting pad iron groups on each of the three layers should be placed neatly and steadily,with good contact.After leveling the mechanical equipment,each group of shims should be tightly pressed and a hammer should be used to lightly tap each group for sound inspection.When using a 0.05mm feeler gauge to check the gap between the shims and between the shims and the equipment base surface of the high-speed operating mechanical equipment,the total length inserted on both sides of the same section of the shims should not exceed one-third of the length or width of the shims.
