The Great Wall pad iron is manufactured according to the JB/T6607-93 standard and is used for supporting,installing,and adjusting the level of machine tool equipment.There are two styles of shock absorbers:fixed and mobile.

The shockproof pad iron(Great Wall Yellow)is placed under the equipment base to adjust the thickness of the pad iron group to achieve the required installation elevation and level.At the same time,it facilitates secondary grouting,allowing all parts of the equipment base to fully contact the foundation.The shockproof pad iron evenly supports the weight of the machine equipment and the forces generated during operation.

Classification of Great Wall pad iron:

1.Anti vibration pad iron:used for equipment that can withstand major loads and strong continuous vibrations;

2.Diagonal pad iron:mostly used in parts that do not bear the main load(the main load is basically borne by the grouting layer),and there should be shock-absorbing pad iron under the diagonal pad iron;

Shockproof pad iron is often installed in the form of a support on metal structures or ground planes,and in cases where the support area is small,the equipment is supported by two or more feet.

The specifications of the Great Wall pad iron:
