Heavy industrial counterweight iron is a heavy object used to increase its own weight to maintain balance.It is a process of melting a shot peening machine into a liquid that meets the requirements and pouring it into a casting mold.After cooling,solidification,and cleaning treatment,the casting has a predetermined shape,size,and performance.

Heavy industrial counterweight iron is generally classified according to its shaping method,and is commonly divided into ordinary sand mold counterweight iron and special heavy iron.Ordinary sand mold counterweight iron includes three types:wet sand mold,dry sand mold,and chemically hardened sand mold.Special counterweight iron can be divided into two categories according to different shaping materials:one type uses mineral sand and gravel as the main shaping material,such as investment mold counterweight iron,shell counterweight iron,negative pressure counterweight iron,mud counterweight iron,solid counterweight iron,ceramic counterweight iron,etc;A type of metal as the main casting material,such as metal mold counterweight iron,centrifugal counterweight iron,continuous counterweight iron,pressure counterweight iron,low-pressure counterweight iron,etc.The heavy industry counterweight iron process can be divided into three basic parts,namely counterweight iron metal preparation,mold preparation,and casting preparation.
